I'm very sad to have missed this mass
Good luck. You talk and walk in a super energetic way. Be decisive on any sexual abuse cases.
Alleluia
Praise the Lord
So beautiful May God bless, protect and Holly spirit be with them always ☦️
Congratulations to the new presbyters! May you all take and follow the words of Pope Francis: be rooted in Jesus Christ-don't forget to pray; stay close to the people you serve by smelling like the sheep-you are to serve not lord over them, avoid careerism and clericalism-don't get any sense of clergy entitlement and superiority over the laity, continuously read and study especially the scriptures so that you always deliver quality homilies, be attuned to and apply the reforms and teachings of Vatican II-don’t appear like liturgical clowns by desiring grandmother laces and guitar shaped vestments. In light of the ongoing crisis and scandal: don’t be enticed and get trapped in the "frociaggine" (the adjective used by Pope Francis) subculture of the gay lavender mafia within the clergy which is at the root of and operation of the homosexual predation sex abuse scandal by the clergy and cover up by bishops.
You are such a clown!😂😂😂😂😂😂

What church is this?
Seems that Bishop Fernandez, who is a younger bishop is a breath of fresh air for many younger Catholics who appear to be more traditional.
Good luck fellas !!! Stay 💪
Why were the ordinations done in this church?
Beautiful. Holy Spirit be with them always.
The presiding ordaining prelate has difficulty reading the texts of the Roman Pontifical. Worrisome.
Thank you, Lord, for our good and holy priests. Thank you, Lord, for our beloved Bishop. May God bless all priests and our bishop!
Great, very detailed explanation Thanks for this... Btw Father, Regarding the "State of Sin", example after knowing that One has commited a Grave sin or elevating it to mortal sin category if all 3 conditions were Met, how Do we know if we are still in a "State of Mortal sin"? If the person is still planning to go to sacrament of Confesssion in the near future, but at the moment if he repented and do an Act of Perfect Contrition and trying his best to avoid even venial Sins, even if he didn't go to the sacrament of confession yet(but still has intentions to go soon) is that person still on a State of Mortal sin? Or is he back now in a state of Grace?
This bishop seems to be in a great hurry. He wears the mitter at every opportunity, even when giving remarks after the scripture reading. Many English alternatives are available to the latin music used. Apparently, if they are not care ful, the congregation might actually be comforrtable with what they are now heating in such a rush.. Apparently the shortage of priests has lead to a bare cuppard of competant episcopal candidates.
do u feel better now? liturgical attire, music, the congregation, and priest shortage....that's alot of ire to spew
I haven't watched this video but I think that actually puts me in a better position to address your remarks, as my comments are objective, not subjective. 1. It appears the Mass lasted right around two hours, which is a very standard length for a Chrism Mass; just look at videos from Dioceses all over the country. So I doubt anything was unduly hurried. 2. I am ABSOLUTLEY confident, no need to watch it, that the bishop wore the mitre exactly when he is supposed to, and didn't when he isn't. These things are not up to the discretion of a particular bishop, it is all laid out very clearly in the rubrics, and during the 'remarks' after the Scripture Readings (upper case please, at least for 'Scripture'), otherwise known as the 'Homily,' is certainly a time when the mitre is worn. 3. As for Latin, the Liturgy of the Roman (or 'Latin Rite') Church is in fact in Latin. And yes, it can and in most cases should be enacted in the vernacular language, in the main part. But there is no reason not to employ in the Liturgy to a greater or lesser extent depending on the circumstances, and the Mass Ordinary is certainly a reasonable place to use Latin. And I now have dipped into the video in a couple of places - the balance of Latin and English seems entirely appropriate and actually very typical, and the people seem to have no struggle whatever with the Latin and in fact sing much more enthusiastically than many congregations do in English. As a trained Liturgist I could actually quibble with a few things I observe, but they are minor and largely quite forgivable. You are entitled to your opinions, but you and everyone else would be better served should you gain some some education to support them.
Imagine having nothing better to do in your life than hating on the bishop for absolutely no reason during the most sacred season and core of our faith as Catholics… If you’d like to fix it, join the priesthood. There’s a shortage anyways.
Raniero e Francesca: da ricordare
ma che bella la storia deòla fiamam che dal cenacolo giunge a Firenze! Grazie!
What Church is this in Columbus?
It looks like St Paul the Apostle in Westerville OH. Beautiful building and organ.
I think your new Bishop is overcome with God's unconditional Love, God's unconditional Joy. Treat him with the respect he deserves.
Without ending communion in the hand and laity giving out communion there will never be a Eucharistic Revival!❤️

Thank you Bishop!
Thank you Bishop!
Congrats Dan!
Thank you Bishop!
For those talking about reporting Bishop Fernandes to the IRS: you have no case. The law absolutely allows this guy to take what he regards as a moral stand. It's up to his flock to decide whether or not to pay attention to him. Clergymen are not allowed to endorse candidates from the pulpit, and they can't give money to a specific candidate, but they have an absolute First Amendment right to take political positions, even wrong ones. He is taking a pastoral position on an issue, not endorsing not a candidate.
Time to tax religion.
Tax them. The land holdings alone could balance the budget. Tax all the Baptists, too. We'll have a surplus in no time at all.
So the church of pedophiles wants to make sure you know to vote in support of the fascist adulterer party. No thanks, and I hope it costs the US Catholic Church their tax exempt status.
Man who supposedly does not have sex tells women what to do with their bodies. As a recovering Catholic I still cannot understand how women can submit themselves to the dicates of a church that refuses them full human status or even participation beyond being a handmaiden or a servant.
